We are pleased to announce the dispatch of three silo tanks, model APHG35B, and a 250BBL water tank. These tanks are designed meticulously to ensure quality, performance, and safety. They are constructed following high industry standards and have undergone rigorous testing before dispatch.
The APHG35B Silo Tanks
Our three silo tanks, the APHG35B model, each with a capacity of 1000 cubic feet, are designed for storing and managing bulk materials. These tanks are constructed using Q345R material, which is known for its robustness and durability. The body, the conical part, and the top cover of the tanks are all made from this material.
The silo tanks are equipped with four steel wire lifting ropes for easy handling and are designed with loading and unloading pipes, both with a diameter of 4 inches. The loading pipe includes a FIG206 male connector, and the unloading pipe is equipped with a FIG206 female connector for seamless and secure connectivity.
The tanks are of a fluidized bed type and designed with a pressure rating of 0.55Mpa/80PSI, and the working pressure is rated at 0.3Mpa/43.5PSI. They offer a bulk cement supply speed of 1.5t/min, and the bulk cement residue rate is less than 1.3%, ensuring efficient and effective operation.
Safety is paramount in our design. Therefore, the silo tanks include a safety valve on the vent (pop-out) pipe. The opening (release) pressure is set at 0.33MPa/48PSI.
Post sandblasting, the exposed surfaces of the tanks are painted with anti-rust primer and gray topcoat. The total paint film thickness exceeds 120μm, and the color of the tanks is gray.
Before leaving the factory, all tanks undergo PT, MT radiation testing, and hydrostatic testing to comply with DN standards. The surface is treated with heavy anti-corrosion spray paint. Before painting, the tanks are sandblasted following the SA2.5 standard. The spray coating is applied in five layers, and the thickness is not less than 250 micrometers.
The 250BBL Water Tank
The 250BBL water tank is divided into two compartments, with outlet pipeline size of 6 inches. Each compartment is equipped with a glass tube level gauge for easy monitoring of the liquid level.
The level gauge is 1/2″ and made from SS304 material, known for its excellent corrosion resistance. The center distance is 1800mm.
Just like the silo tanks, the water tank undergoes non-destructive testing (NDT) and hydrostatic testing to comply with DN standards before leaving the factory.
